    New Delhi (India), January 19: Zest Partners is all set to host its sixth episode, “Building a Human-Centric Culture in the Workplace”, of its series ‘Zest Talks on January – 20 – 2023, from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM. The webinar is aimed at talking about how Leaders must take a step back and separate their business drivers from those of their people. Future-looking companies are retaining their top talent by putting their employees at the centre of how they run their businesses. One of the most important indicators of maturity is an organization’s commitment to fostering a people-centric culture.

    This time, Zest Partner is expecting more attendees than their previous webinar, which drew over 5000+ participants.

    The sixth episode will consist of a panel of 3 speakers in total:

    Ashu Malhotra – 

    Ashu Malhotra is the Chief Human Resources Officer at RNM India. He has previously worked with companies like Dabur India Limited, Total, and Honda Motor India Pvt. Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Nokia, Tulip Telecom, Jabong, Cargill, Ganymede Business Ventures and Beewise Consulting, adding up to 3 decades worth of expertise. Mr Ashu Malhotra holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier’s Institute of social service.

    Asha Subramanian –

    Asha Subramanian is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Subex. She has previously worked with companies like LG CNS Global, Azaire Networks and IBIBO Group, adding up to 2 decades worth of expertise. Asha Subramanian holds a Postgraduate Diploma in personal management and industrial relations from Bangalore University.

    Nitin Nahata – 

    Nitin Nahata is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gameskraft. He has previously worked with companies like Wipro, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Tata Global Beverages, Lodha Group and Udaan.com, adding up to 2 decades worth of expertise. Mr Nitin Nahata holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the TATA Institute of Social Science.
