Kolkata, February 14: Vocalist Pooja Parekh is an eminent artist from Kolkata, the city of joy. She has been taking taalim from world-renowned guru’s like Smt Rupa Chaudhri and Pandit Shuvodeep Mukherjee, who is diciple of Pt Ajay chakroborty.
Her professional musical career started in 2013, and she did many shows in India as well as worldwide in cities like – Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Kenya, Nepal, Indonesia, and London.
Pooja performs in Folk music, as well as many genres of music. She stood first in many such cultural and school & college events early.
When she stood first at Narsee Monjee College, which Renowned singer Kailesh Kher judged, he said, “Keep it up; you will go higher in your musical career.” She is blessed with a good voice and great gurus in her life.
