A step towards women’s wellbeing and stress-free lives

March 10: “Every successful man has a lady behind him.” This adage applies not only to the functioning of a man, but also to the functioning of the entire planet. She is thought to be the ultimate source of strength and support for a person’s accomplishments. There is a lot of prejudice and differentiation between males and females based on gender. Nonetheless, this distinction has existed in nature since the beginning of time.

A female manifests a variety of features that distinguish her from a male, including physical, mental, biological, and reproductive characteristics. From the moment a woman conceives a female kid, these traits are inborn and inbuilt.

We understand today’s culture where most women start their routine earlier than other family members, and we have seen them contribute selflessly to the family.

Each one of us has seen them during the culture of work-from-home managing kitchens, family, friends, and what not. This has led them to forget one of the most important things in their daily routines. One such thing is self-care.

Our spokesperson at Digi Labs Media also told us that Torque Ayurveda has also released a video on International Women’s Day which was curated after understanding the daily-routines of professional women during work-from-home.

This video suggests taking out some time for Ek with Torque Badam Roghan.

Torque Badam Roghan is an Ayurvedic oil that is versatile in its use. The oil is useful for both adults and children. It helps in relieving stress and tension. It provides instant energy and keeps the body warm during the winter. Badam Roghan oil is good for the immune system. It not only promotes healthy skin and reduces dark circles, but also fights dandruff and offers healthy hair and a nourished scalp. It is effective during prenatal and postnatal care as well.

You can use it either by taking it with a warm glass of milk or applying it externally on your scalp or body. It is a chemical and preservative-free natural oil that contains no artificial colour or fragrance. It helps to delay the signs of ageing because of its antioxidant-rich ingredients. It is also a good source of Vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.
