Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], April 16:  Monali M. Chakraborty, who obtained a master’s degree in English Literature from Calcutta University, has overcome hardship to become a successful entrepreneur. Her story, characterised by strength and optimism, acts as an inspiration to aspiring women across India.

Born into a family facing financial hardship, Monali understood the importance of self-reliance from a young age. While a brief corporate stint provided essential knowledge, her desire for freedom and a greater effect on her community pushed her to take a different path. Recognising her innate knack for marketing, she settled to create her own destiny.

In 2020, alongside her then-partner and now husband, Anubhav Chakraborty, Monali co-founded Marched Solutions LLP. This decision did come with its own challenges. Coming from a financially limited background, she had firsthand experience with the struggles faced by many. It inspired her desire to not only build a successful business but also empower others. Recognising the digital divide, Monali saw an opportunity with Marched Solutions LLP, where she helps traditional businesses achieve digital excellence and reap the benefits of the growing digital economy.

Marched Solutions reflects Monali’s fierce spirit. The company’s core values – resilience, consistency, and a commitment to community upliftment – resonate with Monali’s personal journey. Today, Monali stands as a role model for young women across India, demonstrating that hard work and persistence can overcome even the most difficult situations. Her story exemplifies the strength of resolve and serves as a source of hope for those who dare to dream about creating their own lives.
