February 28: Odd In The Even, a musical short film was released on February 12. The Be Reeligious Original directed by Khyati Anada and produced and written by Sunny Jani stars Pratik Sharma and Tarjanee Bhadla in the lead roles and Vatsal Kundalia in the supporting role. Watch movie Here: Odd In the Even

The story revolves around a guy (Pratik Sharma) who is a mute painter. He does everything in his capacity and more to make sure his girlfriend (Tarjanee Bhadla) is happy. However, his girlfriend is having an affair with another guy (Vatsal Kundalia) who takes her for granted. The mute painter drops his girlfriend off for work and comes back home and paints every day. On day, he sees his girlfriend with the other guy in a café and is hurt. When his girlfriend realises it, she feels very but he tells her that he knew about her affair for a long time, however, he was trying his best every single day to make her happy, but in vain.

This short film is not the usual 10-minute film, that expresses emotions through words but rather the writer, Sunny Jani, has chosen to make his character mute. “Music is a universal language just like love, so I wanted people to understand the emotions first. In my previous relationship, I was a mute spectator despite knowing that the girl was lying to me and that is why I chose to have a mute character in my film,” says Sunny, co-founder of Seven Dot Productions.

Sunny was very sure from the beginning about making Odd In The Even a musical short film.

Tirth Thakkar and Nikita Ahuja who has lent their voices to the background score has done full justice to the soulful music given by Jainam Modi.

Sunny Jani is a writer and producer who has in the past produced Wedding Aur Siyappa and two series Frenemies and He Too apart from many ad films. The musical short film Odd In The Even has already garnered over 80k views in less than a week.
