His entrepreneurial journey began after receiving a diploma in engineering and serving the army for 10 years. He stepped into the Direct Selling Industry and became a part of a company to sell products and services directly to consumers, away from fixed retail locations. The foray into the industry helped Shiv Kumar multiply his wealth by many folds. His journey is a testament to the fact that it is never too early nor too late to embark on new adventures.
The Direct Selling Industry is an extremely dynamic ecosystem with lots of potentials. With the help of a hardworking team and sheer dedication, Shiv Kumar has been able to convert the company into a successful one with a yearly turnover in crores. He was able to generate an income of 1 crore per month. The team working with him also earned a hefty sum per month. In 2016 Shiv Kumar became a part of Asclepius Wellness, a health product selling company that helped him scale his achievements.
With the onset of the pandemic and its subsequent lockdown, uncertainty grappled most working individuals. The Direct Selling Industry played a key role during this time by creating employment opportunities, giving hope and support to interested workers.
Mr. Shiv Kumar was amongst some of the prominent names who inspired the youth to get self-employed working as a Direct Seller.

Born to a middle-class family from a small town in Bihar, Shiv Kumar had faced several challenges in his life growing up. Shiv Kumar’s father was a farmer and his mother was a homemaker. A brother to 6 siblings, the instincts to be a protector and provider were instilled in him at a very young age. Financial constraints, pressures of a capitalistic world, and the need to be a pillar of support for his family provided him with the drive to break out of his cage and make a mark for himself.
